Health Perks
OU contributes 72% towards employee medical insurance through Aetna health care company, with an HSA option. In addition, the OU offers employees group dental and vision insurance through Aetna.
The OU offers life and disability insurance at no cost to the employee, as well as discounted long term care insurance.
Save for Tomorrow
A 403 (b) Retirement plan is offered through Aetna and/or Nationwide regardless of length of service. After completion of 3 years consecutive full time employment, the OU will contribute the equivalent of 5% of the employee wages toward retirement as long as employee contributes at least 2% of wages.
