*Planning and implementing a minimum of monthly programs for each division
*Creating and maintaining youth advisory boards for both divisions
*Being the main communication contact for parents and Yachad members
*Creating new relationships with community organizations
*Submitting flyer requests to OU graphics department
*Recording attendance and registrations in Yachad MARS database
*Committing to developing and growing each division by targeted contact with potential members
*Maintaining Social media accounts for both divisions, with regular promotions of events and programs
Qualifications & Requirements:
*Understanding and belief in Yachad’s mission of inclusion and improving the lives of individuals with special needs.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
*Familiarity and comfort working with Orthodox Jewish community.
*Experience working with individuals with special needs and typically-developing middle school and high school students strongly preferred.
*Valid OH driver’s license
*Attendance at 1 annual Yachad national conference
