POSITION SUMMARY: The Data Systems Manager is responsible for the day to day management of Yachad’s participant database (MARS) and Sharepoint site. This person works with the OU web development team on testing and quality control of Yachad’s web resources. This person is also responsible for working in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Operations in developing and implementing internal training services for our staff.

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Develop and deliver and/or supervise trainings
  • Manage all access and permissions on MARS and Sharepoint
  • Staff the Intercom System and provide technical support to our users
  • Identify issues and propose changes to be requested from the OU web team
  • Testing new developments and changes made by the web team to ensure they meet Yachad’s need
  • Manage the process for requested changes from program staff to be approved and implemented
  • Assist with the generation and dissemination of reports that are meaningful to agency management and program evaluation
