Essential Functions:

  • Coordinating all aspects of the day habilitation and vocational programs ensuring that Life plans and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
  • Responsible for supervising program coordinator and vocational coordinator and by extension direct support professionals and job coaches.
  • Liaise with DDD to ensure overall compliance with programming and administrative functions.
  • Primary contact for families
  • Budget management

Job Qualifications:

  1. Strong Interpersonal, leadership, communication and training skills.
  2. Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  3. 3-5 years Management/Programmatic experience.
  4. Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Overall supervisor of the entire JUFNJ staff, including program coordinator, vocational coordinator as direct reports.

 Interaction:

This position interacts with a wide variety of people including staff, individuals and their families, DDD personnel and community members and businesses.
