This position is to manage the administrative functions of JUF. This is a Full-Time position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Staying on top of changes and updates from OPWDD including rate changes and policies and procedures
  • Supervising administrative assistant
  • Inputting raises, bonuses and paying staff through 1099 into the HR Actions system
  • Contact with the OU related to payroll, IT, and HR systems
  • Board of Directors Meetings (NY & NJ) – schedule meetings, prepare agenda, create minutes and distribute to board members for approval
  • Managing JUF revenue – Medicaid, ISS, ACCES-VR & private pay billing – Track what is billed and ensure that money is received through Millin system
  • Managing allocation of JUF expenses
  • Audit Readiness
  • Managing camp respite program
  • Primary Contact for JUF rental properties
  • Enrolling into OPWDD programs through CHOICES including knowing what paperwork is needed to be enrolled and making sure that the paperwork that we are receiving from the Care Manager is correct, working with OPWDD to secure approval
  • Monitor Electronic Software
