POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Assistant is responsible for executing web and social media related projects of Yachad. This might include updating social media accounts, updating & Maintaining website, creating online forms, sending mass emails and liaising with the Creative department on images needed for programs.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintain operations and procedures
Improve content on website
Update content on website and social media
Conduct oneself with professionalism and the concept of customer service

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform other related duties as required
  • traveling will not be necessary

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience managing web content
  • Knowledge of using Word Press preferred
  • Experience using Social Media including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate
  • Able to write professionally and proofread others’ copy.
  • Knowledge of Judaic customs
