Job Summary: The Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing
strategies and branding for OU-JLIC.

Duties/Responsibilities:
– Directs and implements the organization’s marketing, advertising, promotional and social
media activities
– Create JLIC’s branding strategy
– Training and education to JLIC professional and staff on marketing strategies and
implementation
– Search for new and existing avenues and markets for JLIC placements
– Prepares effective advertising and marketing campaigns.
– Maintains knowledge on JLIC activities and campuses
– Collaborates with JLIC’s senior leadership team to develop growth plans for the
organization.
– Performs other related duties as assigned.
– creativity and innovation to highlight the ways in which this position needs to set JLIC
apart from other campus organizations.

Required Skills/Abilities:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Thorough understanding of Jewish and non jewish written, online and social media
– Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices.
– Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
– Prior experience with training and developing marketing professionals
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required;
Master’s degree preferred.
– At least seven years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required
