Job Overview
The Program Associate (PA) contributes to a variety of projects within the NCSY Alumni team. In some instances, the PA works in an operations centric role, while in others, there is a more personal engagement focussed set of responsibilities. The specific projects include, but are not limited to, the NCSY National Torah Fund Scholarship, The NCSY Staff Israel Mission, Bike NCSY, and NCSY’s Judah Fellowship.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain relationships with point people in each NCSY region
Liaise between Israel gap year representatives and NCSY Staff
Liaise with OU web team
Organize gap year NCSY Staff Israel Mission and events
Manage NCSY.org/gap and its gap year resources
Manage all aspects of NCSY Torah Fund Scholarship
Lead Bike NCSY operations, including day of the event, negotiating and ordering swag, customer engagement, marketing and community building, and managing bike.ncsy.org.
Mentor NCSY’s Judah Fellows
Mentor NCSY’s teen International Board
Assist Director of NCSY Alumni in day to day activities
Develop monthly newsletter content to share with the NCSY staff

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
The ability to work with a team and work independently
Commitment to success
Outstanding written and verbal skills
The ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms) and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
