Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day functioning of school office (phones, emails, student/staff needs, etc.)
  • General administrative projects
  • parent/faculty communications
  • Student files-updating medical information, iep’s, evals, etc.
  • School/program schedules
  • Class lists/staff lists
  • Principal/Administrator support
  • supplies inventory and ordering
  • Goals/progress reports
  • PTA scheduling
  • staff/student attendance records
  • bus duty
  • Regent ordering
