Clinical Supervisor
Jewish Union Foundation is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to work closely with staff to help facilitate growth for individuals with developmental disabilities. This position is Full- Time and based in the 5 Towns.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending Life Plan Meetings
- Developing and updating Staff Action Plans
- Provide training to staff on techniques and strategies needed for dealing with behaviors
- Provide instruction for goal implementation
- Documentation of services
- Reviewing and updating paperwork, including Person-Specific Profiles
- Connecting with Families and Care Managers
- Conducting intakes and appropriate follow-up
- Provide Clinical Supervision of Social Work Interns
Qualifications Requirements:
- LCSW or LMSW required
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Effective Communicator
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong clinical knowledge
- In process of taking or willingness to become SIFI-certified
Preferred Qualifications:
- SIFI certified
- 3 years of supervisory experience
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000.
