ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Works closely with individuals in our program (i.e non-verbal young male with autism) to understand their job strengths, weaknesses and professional aspirations.
Cultivates new employment leads for individuals in program
Establishes relationships with businesses for the goal of creating an employment pipeline between our two organizations.
Maintains solid relationships with established companies and has the ability to trouble shoot when job related issues arise.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Job placement experience strongly preferred
Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
Strong communication skills required.

INTERACTION:
Interacts with individuals/job candidates, when getting to know them, coaching them on how to prepare for interview and meeting them at interview
Interacts with various businesses seeking to hire our individuals, whom hab ve hired them as well as other organizations in an employment aspect
